Order Cancellation Policy

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been shipped. - Return Shipping Address:

Wrong Product Ordered

We can modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse.
Once your order has shipped, no further changes can be made.
Product Not Received

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Products

At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Customs & Restricted Countries
For countries where adult products are prohibited or restricted, we will do our best to assist with customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If your order is seized by customs, we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss.
